If the ordered product does not meet the Customer’s expectations, the Customer may return it
within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
The returned product must be in unchanged condition, i.e.:
Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, we will refund the amount
for the product(s) using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Please include a completed return form in the parcel.
If, after receiving the product, the Customer finds physical defects,
they have the right to file a complaint.
After receiving the complained product together with the completed complaint form,
the Seller has 14 days to review the complaint
and inform the Customer about the decision.
