These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the procedure for complaints and withdrawal from the agreement.
The Store conducts retail sales via the Internet.
§2. Definitions
Seller – RR CENTER S.C. Katarzyna Roleska, Mariusz Dudek
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity
Sales Agreement – a distance contract
Product – goods offered in the Store
§3. Placing Orders
Orders are placed through the form available on the Store’s website.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation via e-mail.
The sales agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed by the Seller.
§4. Prices and Payments (Omnibus)
All prices presented in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
For products covered by a promotion, the Store presents the lowest price from the 30 days prior to the reduction, in accordance with the Omnibus Directive.
Available payment methods:
bank transfer,
electronic payments (if available),
payment card.
§5. Order Processing and Delivery
The order processing time is usually 2–3 business days.
Delivery is carried out within Poland and internationally via selected carriers.
Delivery costs are provided during the order placement process.
§6. Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
The period is calculated from the day the product is received.
The withdrawal statement should be sent to: shop@roleskiranch.com.
The refund will be made within up to 14 days from receiving the information about the withdrawal.
The product must be:
unused,
complete,
with original labels.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Consumer.
§7. Complaints
The Seller is liable for product defects under statutory warranty.
The complained product should be sent back to the Seller’s address.
Complaints are processed within 14 days.
§8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The controller of personal data is RR CENTER S.C. Katarzyna Roleska, Mariusz Dudek.
Data are processed for the purpose of:
order fulfillment,
handling complaints,
contact with the Customer.
The Customer has the right to:
access their data,
correct them,
delete them,
restrict processing,
file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
§9. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Store’s website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
PRIVACY POLICY
The data controller is RR CENTER S.C. Katarzyna Roleska, Mariusz Dudek.
Personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR and are not shared with third parties, except entities responsible for payment processing and deliveries.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for order fulfillment.
